New approaches to Stable Coronary Artery Disease (SCAD): broadening the management paradigm
Sun 28 Aug 18:30 - 20:00 Angina pectoris stable Satellite Symposium Paris - Village 7
Chairpersons: John CAMM (London, United Kingdom), Jose LOPEZ-SENDON (Madrid, Spain)
Subtitle: Sponsored by MENARINI INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS LUXEMBOURG S.A.
Learning Objectives: In order to achieve the best clinical management of SCAD the debate will be focused around a recent introduction of a dedicated algorithm for optimizing anti-anginal medical therapy. This novel clinical tool demonstrates that in specific patients with CSA, several 2nd line treatments such as ranolazine may represent the first-line choice in the real world clinical practice.
