VT-Ablation: how to deal with difficult subststrates
Sun 18 Jun 11:00 - 12:30 Ventricular tachycardia ablation Symposium, VT and VF Summit Mobitz -
Chairpersons: Radu-Gabriel VATASESCU (Bucharest, Romania), Laszlo GELLER (Budapest, Hungary)
Learning Objectives: To learn in-depth about difficult substrates and how to improve mapping and energy delivery. An important advance in ablation techniques and new concepts and approaches has occurred in last years, with a measurable impact in outcomes after ventricular arrhythmia ablation. During the Summit the most recent advances in VT ablation for the different types of arrhythmogenic substrates will be deeply reviewed. In addition, how to deal with specific difficult substrates and how to avoid complications will also be discussed during the sessions. The management of electrical storm and its impact in improving the outcomes will be presented by leading electrophysiologists.
